Service Process of STar.T
1. 填寫需求表單 Complete the Teacher Requirement Form
我們提供家長一份簡單的表單，填寫後將快速了解您的需求與偏好。
Parents fill out a simple form, allowing us to quickly understand your needs and preferences.
2. 透過 Line@ 教學顧問一對一諮詢 One-on-One Consultation via Line@
填寫表單後，我們的教學顧問會透過 Line@ 提供一對一的專業建議，為您推薦合適的課程和師資。
After submitting the form, our teaching consultants will provide personalized advice and recommend suitable courses and teachers via Line@.
3. 安排試上課程 Schedule a Trial Lesson
安排一堂免費試上課程，讓學生與老師進行互動，並感受課程氛圍。
We arrange a free trial lesson where the student interacts with the teacher and experiences the course environment.
4. 顧問確認學生需求 Consultant Confirms Student Needs
試上課程後，顧問將再次確認學生需求，確保提供最佳的學習方案。
After the trial lesson, the consultant will reassess the student's needs to ensure the best learning plan.
5. 正式簽約付款 Sign Contract and Make Payment
雙方確認後，進行簽約並完成付款，正式進入學習階段。
Once all details are confirmed, proceed with signing the contract and making payment to officially begin.
6. 開始學習旅程 Begin Your Learning Journey
我們的老師和顧問會全程陪伴，確保每個孩子都能在學習旅程中持續進步。
