Rules and Regulations

​以下規範事項之目的為保障客戶與老師雙方權益,請仔細閱讀
To protect the rights of both clients and teachers and ensure smooth lessons, please read carefully.

學生規範

As a Student

  1. 提供安全且尊重的學習環境
    Providing a Safe and Respectful Learning Environment 
    我會為老師提供安全的教學空間,並尊重老師,努力維持良好的互動關係。

    I will provide a safe space for teaching, respect my teacher,
    and strive to maintain a positive interaction.

     

  2. 體驗課程與評估
    Trial Lesson and Evaluation
    我了解體驗課程時,老師和公司會評估我的語言能力與互動狀況,以確保教學效果。
    I understand that during the trial lesson, the teacher and the company will assess my language skills and interaction to ensure effective teaching.
     

  3. 請假規範
    Leave Notification 

    • 請假或調課應至少於 24小時前通知老師與公司,
      若於課前0-24小時內提出,可能需支付部分費用。

      Cancellation or rescheduling must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
      Requests made within 0-24 hours may incur partial fees.

    • 課前12-24小時需支付課程費用的 1/4 給老師。
      Within 12-24 hours before the lesson I need to pay 1/4 of the lesson fee.

    • 課前2-12小時需支付課程費用的 1/3 給老師。
      Within 2-12 hours before the lesson I need to pay 1/3 of the lesson fee.

    • 課前2小時內需支付課程費用的,另需支付車馬費。
      Less than 2 hours before the lesson I need to pay 1/2 of the lesson fee plus transportation fees.

    • 緊急事件僅需支付車馬費。(需附證明
      Emergency Situations I only need to pay transportation fees.(Proof required)
       

  4. 彈性請假政策​
    Flexible Leave Policy

    • 根據每週上課堂數,學生每月可請假的堂數如下:
      Based on the number of weekly lessons, the allowable leave hours per month are as follows:

      • 若每週安排1堂課,當月可請假1堂課。
        If 1 lesson is scheduled per week, 1 leave is allowed per month.

      • 若每週安排2堂課,當月可請假2堂課。
        If 2 lessons are scheduled per week, 2 leaves are allowed per month.

      • 若每週安排3堂課,當月可請假3堂課。
        If 3 lessons are scheduled per week, 3 leaves are allowed per month.

      • 若每週安排4堂課,當月可請假4堂課。
        If 4 lessons are scheduled per week, 4 leaves are allowed per month.

      • 若每週安排5堂課,當月可請假5堂課。
        If 5 lessons are scheduled per week, 5 leaves are allowed per month.

    • 超過時數處理辦法 Handling Hours Beyond Allowable Leave

      • 超出請假堂數 Beyond Allowable Leaves
        若請假超過當月可請假堂數,學生需支付超出彈性請假額度部分的正常課程費用。

        If the number of leaves exceeds the allowable limit, students must
        pay the normal lesson fee for the additional hours.

      • 不可抗力因素 Excluded from Leave Limits:
        若因老師請假、颱風或其他不可抗力因素造成課程取消,此類情況不計入學生的請假時數。
        If lessons are canceled due to tutor leave, typhoons, or other force
        majeure events, these will not count towards the student’s leave hours.

      • 補課安排 Makeup Lessons:
        雙方可協商補課時間,以滿足原訂的學習需求和時數。

        Students and teachers may mutually agree to schedule makeup lessons to fulfill the original learning goals and hours.
         

  5. 特殊包月方案
    Special Monthly Plan:
    若希望公司與老師討論是否能提供包時數價格,您可提出總時數、固定上課時間讓老師估價,並以固定月價計算。

    If you wish to discuss a fixed-hour package with the teacher, you may propose total hours and a fixed schedule for pricing.

    • 請假後未滿時數 Fees for Incomplete Hours Due to Students' Left:
      若請假導致時數未滿,仍需支付全額費用。
      If student leave results in incomplete hours, full fees still apply.

    • 老師請假未滿時數 Fees for Incomplete Hours Due to Teachers' Left:
      因老師請假導致未滿時數,該部分堂費將扣除。
      If the tutor’s leave causes incomplete hours, the corresponding
      fees will be deducted.

    • 補課協調 Makeup Coordination
      若雙方無法協調補足時數,將以固定月方案為準,但無法進一步補課。
      If both parties cannot coordinate to make up for the missed hours,
      the fixed monthly package will stand without additional makeup lessons.

       

  6. 未通知缺席
    Absence Without Notification
    若未事先通知缺席,需支付當天課程全額費用。
    If I miss a lesson without prior notice, the full fee for the lesson must be paid.
     

  7. 頻繁請假
    Frequent Absences
    請珍惜老師的教學資源,若頻繁請假,可能導致課程安排中止。
    Value the teacher's teaching resources; excessive absences may result in lesson termination.

  8. 更換老師
    Changing Teachers
    若需更換老師,請於一個月前通知公司與老師。
    Notify the company and teacher at least one month in advance when changing teachers.
     

  9. 假期安排
    Holiday Arrangements
    我理解老師的休假可能不完全跟隨國定假日或補班安排,會提前與老師確認假期需求。
    I understand that teachers' holidays may not align with national holidays or make-up days, and I will confirm arrangements in advance.
     

  10. 課程費用調整
    Tuition Adjustments
    我理解課程費用可能因學習難度或老師資歷調整,變動會提前通知。
    I understand tuition fees may change due to lesson difficulty or teachers' experience,
    and I will be notified in advance.

學生

THE REGULATIONS ABOVE ARE NEGOTIABLE

如果老師與客戶雙方有新的共識,可以依循雙方同意的處理方式即可。

若雙方沒有達成新的協議,則需依循以上規範處理。​

Once a tutor and a student agree on dealing with it in another way,

your agreement should go beyond the regulations above.

If no agreement has made between both sides, then you should obey the regulations.

教師

教師規範

As a Teacher

  1. 尊重文化差異
    Respecting Cultural Differences 
    身處台灣,我會尊重當地的文化差異,並在衝突發生時努力與學生達成共識。
    Being in Taiwan, I will respect local cultural differences and strive to reach a mutual understanding with students when conflicts arise.
     

  2. 專業形象
    Professional Appearance
    我會保持整潔的外表,穿著專業且保守(避免穿著暴露衣物、無袖上衣、吊帶衫或拖鞋)。
    I will maintain a neat appearance, dressing professionally and conservatively.
    (No revealing garments, tank tops, halter tops, or flip-flops)

     

  3. 快速回覆
    Responsiveness
    我應在收到公司或學生的文字訊息、語音訊息或未接來電後的24小時內進行回覆,除非該時間為我已提前告知的休假時間。
    I will respond to texts, voice messages, or missed calls from the company or students
    within 24 hours, unless it falls within my pre-notified time off.

     

  4. 課程取消或調課補償
    Lesson Cancellation or Rescheduling

    • 若需取消或調課,我將提前通知學生與公司,並依以下補償規範執行:
      If I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, I will notify the student and the company in advance and follow these compensation guidelines:

      • 課前12-24小時取消或調課需提供1/4堂免費課程或減免學生當月1/4小時的課程費用。 Within 12-24 hours before the lesson, I'll have to offer 1/4 of a free lesson or deduct 1/4 of the lesson fee from the student’s monthly payment.

      • 課前2-12小時取消或調課提供1/3堂免費課程或減免學生當月1/3小時的課程費用。
        Within 2-12 hours before the lesson, I'll have to offer 1/3 of a free lesson or deduct 1/3 of the lesson fee from the student’s monthly payment.

      • 課前2小時內取消或調課提供1/2堂免費課程或減免學生當月1/2小時的課程費用。
        Less than 2 hours before the lesson, I'll have to offer 1/2 of a free lesson or deduct 1/2 of the lesson fee from the student’s monthly payment.

      • 緊急事件 Emergency Situations(需附證明)
        課前2小時內取消或調課,需提供1/4堂免費課程 或減免學生當月1/4小時的課程費用。
        If canceled less than 2 hours in advance due to an emergency,
        I'll have to offer 1/4 of a free lesson or deduct 1/4 of the lesson fee from the student’s monthly payment.(Proof Required)

         

  5. 未通知缺席
    Absence Without Notification
    若未通知缺席,我的薪資將被扣除一次課程費用,該費用將全額退還給學生。
    If I miss a lesson without prior notification, one lesson fee will be deducted from my pay
    and fully refunded to the student.

     

  6. 遲到
    Late Arrival

    • 若我遲到,但學生同意進行課程,我有義務延長課程以完成原訂的課時。
      If I am late but the student agrees to proceed, I must extend the lesson to complete the original duration

    • 臨時調整課程時間(例如要求延後開始)視為臨時請假,適用臨時請假的相關規範。
      Sudden time adjustments(e.g., requesting to start late)
      will be treated as sudden leave and are subject to the corresponding policie
      s.
       
  7. 頻繁請假
    Frequent Absences
    若請假過多,學生有權終止課程安排。
    If I take too many leaves, the student may terminate the lesson arrangement.
     

  8. 停止授課通知
    Termination Notice
    若需停止授課,我應提前 一個月 通知學生與公司;未提前通知則需支付半個月薪資作為補償。
    If I need to stop lessons, I will notify the student and the company at least one month
    in advance. If I don't, I will result in a penalty of half a month’s salary
    .
     

  9. 課堂專注
    Focus During Sessions
    在課堂期間,我應 100% 專注 於教學,確保學生獲得最高質量的學習體驗。
    During lessons, I will remain 100% focused on teaching to ensure the best
    learning experience for the student.
     

  10. 課程設計與目標
    Lesson Design and Objectives

    • 我會根據學生的需求設計課程,並提前設定學習目標。
      I will design lessons based on the student’s needs and establish learning objectives in advance.

    • 我會將概念拆解為小步驟,用多種方式解釋,並定期進行測驗以檢查學生理解。
      I will break down concepts into small steps, explain them in multiple ways, and conduct mini-tests to check the student’s understanding.
       

  11. 未成年學生的家長許可
    Permission for Minors
    我不會在未經家長或監護人同意的情況下,向18歲以下的學生提供食物或數位教材。
    I will not provide food or use digital materials with students under 18 years old
    without prior parental or guardian consent.

     

  12. 試上課程
    Trial Lesson

    • 試上課程是診斷性課程,用於評估學生的優勢與弱點,並制定後續學習計畫。

      The trial lesson serves as a diagnostic session to assess the student’s strengths
      and weaknesses for developing a learning plan.

    • 試上成功後,我將為後續課程制定具體計畫並提前與學生溝通。
      If the trial is successful, I will prepare a detailed plan for subsequent lessons
      and communicate it with the student.

       

  13. 課程費用調整
    Tuition Adjustments 
    我理解課程費用可能因學習難度或老師資歷調整,如有變動思創皆會提前通知。
    I understand tuition fees may change due to lesson difficulty or teachers' experience,
    and I will be notified in advance.

     

  14. 文件與薪資
    Documentation and Payment
    每月25日前 上傳課程計畫和回顧,薪資將於次月5日 發放至台灣銀行帳戶。
    Upload lesson plans and reviews by the 25th of each month, and payment will be made by
    the 5th of the following month to my Taiwanese bank account.

    • 課程計畫應明確列出教材、活動細節及使用書本的頁數。

      Lesson plans should include detailed materials, activity specifics, and page numbers if using a book.

    • 課程回顧應記錄學生的進步、挑戰、態度與行為表現。
      Lesson reviews should document the student’s progress, challenges, attitude, and behavior.
       

  15. 突然變更的罰則
    Penalties for Sudden Changes
    突然取消課程、調整時間或終止課程將導致相應的罰款或補償。
    Sudden cancellations, schedule changes, or terminations will result in corresponding penalties or compensation.

THE REGULATIONS ABOVE ARE NEGOTIABLE

如果老師與客戶雙方有新的共識,可以依循雙方同意的處理方式即可。

若雙方沒有達成新的協議,則需依循以上規範處理。

Once a tutor and a student agree on dealing with it in another way,
your agreement should go beyond the regulations above.
If no agreement has made between both sides, then you should obey the regulations.
